Tuesday, February 25th, Baseball open gym workouts for 6th-8th grade only from 3:30pm-5:30pm
Wednesday, February 26 – Books and Burgers Upper School Bookfair

Tutoring invitations were sent out last week in Thursday folders. They are due back before Friday, February 21st. You may also email them back to me, kristin.brewer@pca.k12.de.us Unfortunately there is not space to add any additional students at this time. You may check back with me next week to see if there is available space. Thank you!

February is Black History Month. Each day we will showcase a famous African American in history

Today we celebrate Barack Obama
On November 4, 2008, Obama became the first African American to be elected President. On November 16, 2008, Obama resigned his seat in the U.S. Senate. Barack Obama was inaugurated as the 44th President of the United States on January 20, 2009. In 2009 Obama was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize for his "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between people."

**PCA's talent show is making a comeback this year, and we want you to be a part of it! All students in grades 5-8 are invited to audition. Audition forms are available outside the theater. Audition forms are due by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 26th. NO late forms will not be accepted!

Attention Students… Lost and Found trees are located in all 3 buildings. Tables will be cleared off the last Friday of every month.

ELECTRONICS: Attention Students… If you bring electronics to PCA they must be locked in a locker from 7:45 am-3:30 pm. PCA is not responsible for lost or stolen electronics
